Regulatory Compliance Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS requirements. Participate in audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives. Address concerns promptly and professionally. Participate in care conferences and advocate for resident rights, preferences, and individualized care plans. Administrative & Operational Duties Monitor staffing levels, supplies, and equipment to support efficient operations. Report and follow up on incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences. Collaborate with department leaders to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care. Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred. Licensure Current and active RN or LPN license in the state of employment. Experience Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing. At least 1 year of Unit Manager experience. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
