This role is ideal for a flexible caregiver who is comfortable stepping into assignments on short notice, across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends . To recognize your commitment to availability, this position offers guaranteed pay for 30 hours per week even if you are not scheduled or do not work the full 30 hours. What You’ll Do Provide personcentered inhome care including companionship, personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Follow individualized care plans and document care provided using agency systems. Communicate promptly with the office regarding shift acceptance, client updates, changes in condition, and schedule status.
