Position Summary The Administrative Nurse III (Nurse Manager) Critical Care Outreach is accountable and responsible for overseeing Critical Care Outreach Team operations. Create and maintain a supportive and healthy work environment, fostering psychological safety, open communication, collaboration, and accountability; serve as a professional leadership role model. Identify recurring patient safety concerns and participate in/lead problem solving, continuous quality improvement, and resolution; inform nursing service administration regarding needs of nursing units and specific concerns or trends. Plan for and participate in formal and informal educational experiences to interprofessional members of the healthcare team to promote early recognition and management of patient deterioration. Actively participate in organizational communication processes through timely review and response to electronic and written messages. Demonstrate competence and ownership in all departmental IS applications. Ability to work flexible shifts and days when required.
