Make rounds with physicians, as necessary. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered. Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly Other special projects and duties, as assigned. To join this team as an RN Unit Manager please have the following requirements: Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state. Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required; Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care Center, hospital or other related health care Center.
