Job Duties: Supervise and manage all aspects of the nursing department Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care standards Assess resident needs and oversee individualized care plans Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Conduct rounds, evaluate care, and initiate corrective actions Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and administration Oversee budget planning and resource allocation Lead educational programs and staff development initiatives Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN license (BSN preferred) Experience in long-term care preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically active environment The Avenue at Broadview Heights is a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility offering a distinctive experience not commonly found in traditional care settings. In this essential role, you will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents, helping them with daily living activities and contributing to a safe, clean, and compassionate environment.
