Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. Weekly pay. You provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by the licensed staff nurse. Experience & Education: Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, or be eligible to obtain one. New graduates welcome! Duties & Responsibilities: Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident. Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under his/her care. Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly. Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them. Document accurately and completely. Meet personal grooming needs for each resident. Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident. Assure the resident care areas are left clean and in an orderly manner. Methods of identification of residents are maintained. Maintain that all residents are appropriately identified (i.e., I.D. bracelets, etc.). Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. You supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Experience & Education: Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program. Must be CPR certified. Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state. New graduates welcome! Duties & Responsibilities: Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident. Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under his/her care. Follow physician’s orders. Renders and/or assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician orders. Transcribe physician’s orders promptly and accurately. Review patient records daily to assure accuracy and completeness. Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes. Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs. Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list. Document and report any unusual or significant findings; contact the physician when necessary. Administer medication according to procedure. Maintain an accurate and safe control of all drugs for which he/she is responsible.
