As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) the primary purpose of your job position is to provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by the licensed staff nurse. The Oxford Rehab is looking for a 24-hour MDS Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process, overseeing resident care plans, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The Oxford is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. $42 to $47 an hour if an LPN, $48 to $55 if an RN. Weekly pay.
