Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Qualifications: Current Ohio STNA license required. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18 years of age.
