This included mixing medications and inserting IVs while maintaining safe environment Safely administer blood and blood products Assesses patient progress, collaborating with other nursing staff when needed, in accordance with the nursing process and established plan of care Perform infusions and monitoring of patient's status throughout entire infusion as well as managed emergency reactions. This role is dedicated to supporting women through every stage of their reproductive health journey. Key Responsibilities Provide full-scope midwifery care including prenatal visits, labor management, delivery assistance (if applicable to the clinic), and postpartum care. Conduct routine well-woman exams, family planning consultations, and gynecologic assessments. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as Pap smears, STI screenings, and fetal monitoring.
