Job Highlights We are actively recruiting W2 and 1099 CRNAs to join our growing practice in Fort Myers, Florida at HealthPark Medical Center, Lee Memorial Hospital & Cape Coral Hospital. This full-time call taking position would join a team of 30 anesthesiologists and a total of 64 anesthetists providing over 50,000 anesthetics per year at Lee Health locations in Fort Myers and Cape Coral including three hospitals and two outpatient surgery centers. Our care team model ratio varies from a 1:2 to 1:4 depending upon staffing and type of case. We offer a base starting pay of $230,000 , a $60,000 dual specialty stipend (cardiac / pediatric) and $35,000 singe specialty stipend , daily shift premium time, and additional compensation for call.HealthPark was named one of the “100 Top Hospitals” for cardiology and intensive care in the country.
