Primary Care Center- Licensed Practical Nurse- Full Time

Provides general nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting or clinical practice. Staff Nurse-Float Pool-30hr

Under general supervision, assumes accountability to plan and provide direct professional nursing care for specified patients during his or her assigned shift as defined by population and unit. Provides nursing services to patients and families in accordance with the standards of practice of a professional nurse, CCMC policies & procedures, Joint Commission, and State & federal regulations. Reports to Nurse Manager, Nursing Operations Leaders. CLINICAL PRACTICE: Demonstrates clinical expertise and uses the nursing process to provide safe, appropriate patient care to a defined patient population according to CCMC and unit policies and standards. Competently cares for all patients in med-surg and float assignments in the ICUs.
