Device Clinic RN / Electrophysiology Program Coordinator

Position Summary The Device Clinic RN / Electrophysiology Program Coordinator is responsible for the clinical and operational coordination of the Cardiology Device and Electrophysiology Program, including remote cardiac device monitoring, in-office device management, alert triage, patient education, and workflow oversight. This role serves as a central clinical resource for cardiac implantable electronic device (CIED) management, supporting electrophysiology and general cardiology providers through coordinated patient care, timely review and escalation of device findings, and development of efficient, scalable workflows within a growing device and arrhythmia program. The RN will collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, device technicians, and clinical support staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care for patients with pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders, CRT devices, and related cardiac technologies. Operating Room Nurse Manager

Scope Of Position The Manager of Clinical Operations is responsible for the coordination and deployment of nursing care resources for the Operating Room. Direct reports include: RNs, CSTs, and Surgical Assistants. Provides support and directs the Operating Room staff in the clinical area to optimize the care delivery process and patient flow. Works collaboratively with the staff to ensure delivery of quality patient care. Acts as a clinical expert. Surgical Technologist

Scope Of Position Working under the direction of the RN, the Surgical Technologist functions in the OR as a surgical scrub performing a variety of technical and other activities following established methods and procedures. Responsibilities Assist the surgeon or interventionist as a scrub technologist or assistant, providing and assisting with instrumentation and supplies as needed. Consistently demonstrate expertise in scrubbing and assisting surgeons. Prepare cases by utilizing preference cards and seeking out information from heads of service. Scrub according to O.R. policy and AORN standards. Be aware of breaks in technique and immediately report them and initiate intervention. Assists in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management by performing selected clinical and administrative duties. The “float” Medical Assistant will travel between Alliance Medical locations as needed and work with different providers.
