Our patient population consists of patients on target temperature management post cardiac arrest; STEMI patients who sometimes require intra-aortic balloon pumps, PA catheters or transvenous pacemakers; those with acute lung disease processes requiring mechanical ventilation; drug overdoses needing close monitoring and sometimes mechanical ventilation; post-op esophagectomies and occasionally post-op VATS patients; acute CVA’s requiring TPA; and, septic/multisystem organ failure patients needing vasoactive IV medications and supportive care. Our ICU team is a close-knit, cohesive team who are passionately committed to promoting a positive work environment and providing excellent critical care to our community!
