Ensures continued delivery of high quality nursing care by monitoring direct care and conducting audits. Assume on-call duties with other Nursing Leadership Staff. Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, preparing, and executing of activities Participate and lead group activities. Participate and lead 1:1 activity.
