Key Responsibilities: Perform in-home senior client assessments and perform follow up calls. Complete paperwork based on these visits. Serve as the liaison between New Jersey regulatory agencies, ownership, staff, and clients. Oversee recruitment, retention, and training of caregivers to ensure compliance with state regulations. Manage caregiver scheduling and client assessments in homes or assisted living facilities. Represent AMADA Senior Care Swedesboro at networking events and community activities. What We’re Looking For: Ability to pass a background check! Passionate, energetic, and driven professional ready to make an impact. Strong communicator with excellent leadership skills. Experience in office management or administration in a health-related setting is a plus. Tech-savvy (Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant applications).
