Responsible for nursing care planning and management of primarily pediatric patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. A Licensed Practical nurse performs nursing functions under the direction of a registered nurse, follows the plans of care, participates in care planning, and performs nursing actions in accord with company policy and state law. Key Responsibilities: Documents, observations and care are given in accordance with company process and company policies and procedures. Administers medications. Administers basic nursing care measures to the rehab patient and assists in giving care to the acutely ill rehab patient relative to patient age, developmental needs, and understanding.
