Now Hiring: Full-Time RN Supervisor | 3 PM – 11 PM Join our nursing team and take the lead in providing excellent care to our residents. We are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable Registered Nurse who can oversee evening-shift operations, support nursing staff, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents in our skilled nursing facility. Work Schedule Full-time evening shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Every other weekend required What You'll Do Lead and support nursing staff throughout the shift Ensure residents receive timely, appropriate nursing care Respond to clinical concerns and changes in residents' conditions Assist with medications, treatments, and direct resident care as needed Ensure care plans are followed and clinical records are completed accurately Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members as appropriate Promote compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations Help maintain high standards of resident safety and quality of care What We're Looking For Active New York State RN license At least 2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing experience Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Familiarity with nursing documentation, care planning, and regulatory requirements Current BLS certification If you're a motivated RN looking to take on a leadership role while making a difference in residents' lives, we'd love to hear from you!
