About the Role: As the Director of Nursing , you will lead with empathy, clinical expertise, and a people-first mindset. You will oversee nursing services in our hospital and outpatient settings, ensuring care is delivered with excellence, efficiency, and a deep respect for each patient's experience. This role is pivotal in shaping our nursing culture, mentoring our dedicated staff, and driving continuous improvement across programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Oversee compliance, budgeting, staffing, and clinical outcomes to support strategic and operational goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to provide integrated and holistic care Champion staff development, career growth, and succession planning within the nursing department Serve as a trusted advisor in resolving complex patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism What You Bring: A commitment to Centerstone’s values of integrity, respect, compassion, and excellence Strong leadership skills with experience in both inpatient and outpatient care environments Ability to manage complex operations and guide large, diverse teams Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement practices Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a collaborative spirit QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five years relevant clinical experience required, including at least three years of management experience . Six months' psychiatric experience is required. Experience working with addictions preferred. APRN acceptable. Certification/Licensure Licensure as a Registered Nurse required. Inpatient Registered Nurse - RN - Night Shift

JOB DESCRIPTION: Night Shift - 7pm to 7am Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday $5000 Sign On Bonus Eligible Job Summary: Assesses needed nursing care and monitoring; provides direct nursing care services to clients/patients. Possesses leadership skills. Able to perform Charge Nurse Duties. General knowledge base in Mental Health and Addictions nursing and Psychotropic medications. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an approved school or college of nursing; current Florida licensure as a registered professional nurse. CPR certified. Preferred Qualification: Mental Health Nursing experience with Adults and Adolescents. Minimum of one year experience as an RN in an acute care setting. Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Possesses written and verbal skills for effective communication. Performs basic EMR (Electronic Medical Record) computer skills. Detailed oriented with effective problem solving skills. Possesses leadership skills effectively leading a team. Knowledge base in Psychotropic Medications. Essential Functions/Job Duties: Performs Nursing Assessments and monitoring of Adults/Adolescents Obtains and enters orders into EMR from attending physician. Administers medications and treatments efficient and effectively as prescribed by a physician. Evaluates clients/patients nursing needs; develops and maintains Treatment Plan. Provides guidance to Behavioral Health Technicians in their administering to the nursing needs of clients/patients . Coordinates client/patient staff assignments for patient care and documentation Effectively leads team in delivering patient care as unit Charge Nurse Actively participates in PI (Peer Review) and disseminates information to staff. Monitors seclusion and restraint for appropriate patient care and documentation. Work Environment/ Physical Demands: Noise level is high in some patient care areas. The position as described walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during work hours. Is subject to frequent interruptions. Is involved with clients, residents, family members, personnel, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc., in a behavioral health hospital and addictions setting. The employee will frequently be required to lift/pull/push/move up to 50 pounds. Must utilize conversational speech for effective verbal communication.
