Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Navigator RN, you will provide expert nursing guidance and support to patients as they navigate complex healthcare journeys. Every day you will assess patient needs, educate on treatment options, coordinate care across multiple providers, and facilitate access to resources, acting as a central point of contact.
