Documents quality controls thoroughly and accurately according to unit specific standards. Demonstrates competence in problem solving, conflict resolution, and team building. Serves as a resource to other team members. Organizes and utilizes time efficiently. Demonstrates appropriate prioritization. Maintains an organized work environment.
