The Phlebotomist will be responsible for drawing blood from patients, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and ensuring accurate and timely collection of samples. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent patient communication skills. Prior experience as a Phlebotomist is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients Verify patients’ medical histories Preparing patients before drawing blood Explaining blood draw procedures to patients and answering any questions about the process Following all health and safety protocols and procedures to maintain sanitary work areas Identifying the best needle sized and location for each blood draw Ensuring the correct use of collection tubes and containers for the requested lab work Proficient in blood sampling techniques and procedures Gathering medical testing materials, including needles, sample vials, blood storage bags and test tubes Verifying patient information and labeling blood samples properly Accurately updating patient information in the organization’s database Helping nervous or frightened patients remain calm during blood draws Working with supervising Physicians and always following their directions Analyzing blood specimens using the correct testing equipment, when necessary Cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment used in the drawing and testing of blood specimens Restocking the lab and ordering supplies Perform routine in office test including but not limited to Glucose testing, Strep and Flu test, Urinalysis, EKG, TB Skin test, Remote patient monitoring setup, ect. Minimum 1 year of work experience in a medical facility Phlebotomist certification preferred Knowledge of OSHA standards and medical laws and ethics Excellent dexterity and able to remain focused at all times Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills Full time (36-40 hour week) Pay is negotiable

You will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking and physical exams Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions Create, implement, and modify patient care plans based on assessments and current guidelines Prescribe and manage medications and non-pharmacological therapies as appropriate Educate patients and families about health conditions, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain standards of care Provide support and mentorship to nursing staff as needed Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License in the state of practice DNP, PA or MSN with NP certification required At least three (3) years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or PA required Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Experience in chronic disease management is preferred Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment Please note our interview process: application reviewed, one way video interview, workplace personality assessment, interview through Microsoft Teams, offer extended if applicable Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Training & Development Full Time, Salaried $100k+.
