About the Role: As a skilled nursing provider, you will provide nursing services in accordance with scope of practice, facility policies, and professional standards. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, monitor resident health, and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a PRN night shift position, with flexibility to work 3 days per week, allowing for better work-life balance.
