Openings on all shifts. Weekly pay ranges from $45 to $51 an hour, depending on the shift, including shift differentials. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. About the Role As a Registered Nurse at Cape Regency Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure the highest degree of quality care. You will also maintain current resident care plans, follow physician's orders, and document comprehensive and complete nursing notes. Key Responsibilities Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care Follow physician's orders and administer medication as necessary Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list Document and report any unusual or significant findings Requirements Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing or college Must be CPR certified Must have a current and active RN license in the state, or be in the process of obtaining one New graduates welcome! Our facility provides high-quality care and rehabilitation services to our residents, and we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team. $40 to $46 an hour, depending on the shift, including the shift differentials. Job Summary: As an LPN at Cape Regency Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, you will provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). You will also supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Cape Regency Rehab is looking for full-time and part-time CNAs to join our nursing team in Centerville! 7a-3p and 11p-7a openings, including every other weekend. Weekly pay. $23 to $29 an hour, depending on the shift, as evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. You provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by the licensed staff nurse. Experience & Education: Must hold an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, have recently graduated from a CNA program, or be in the process of obtaining a state license. New graduates welcome! Duties & Responsibilities: Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident. Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under his/her care. Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly. Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them. Document accurately and completely. Meet personal grooming needs for each resident. Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident. Assure the resident care areas are left clean and in an orderly manner. Methods of identification of residents are maintained. Maintain that all residents are appropriately identified (i.e., I.D. bracelets, etc.). Demonstrate correct safety techniques in accord with orientation and training processes of Athena and your specific job description. Other duties assigned by manager. Specific Requirements: Must have knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation policies and utilize appropriately. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public. Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel. Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents. Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices. Must be able to communicate effectively with appropriate personnel regarding emergency situations.
