CareCore at Margaret Hall is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to join our nursing leadership team! We are looking for a knowledgeable, organized professional who understands the MDS process and is committed to accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and quality resident care. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive long-term care team where your experience and attention to detail will be valued. This is an on-site position.
