Provide compassionate care tailored to residents with conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory impairments. Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts to safely transfer residents with mobility challenges. Observe and report changes in residents' health status or behavior to the nursing team promptly. Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Skills Experience working in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities.
