Director of Nursing (DON) / Health & Wellness Director Charter Senior Living of Panama City – Panama City, FL Salary starting at $75,000/year Lead Clinical Operations with Purpose We’re seeking a strong Director of Nursing / Health & Wellness Director to lead clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care outcomes in our assisted living and memory care community. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage staff, support residents, and maintain high clinical standards—while partnering closely with the Executive Director.
