This role partners closely with the Director of Nursing / Health & Wellness Director to oversee resident wellness, clinical compliance, medication management, staff support, and day-to-day nursing operations while helping maintain a positive and resident-focused environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced senior living environment and is passionate about mentoring staff, supporting residents, and maintaining high standards of care.
