Recording all entries in flow sheets, notes, and charts in an informative and descriptive manner. · Reporting any changes in a resident’s condition promptly to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse. · Reporting all accidents and incidents observed during the shift. · Preparing residents’ rooms for new admissions (bed made, name tags, admission kit, etc.). · Following assigned work schedules and tasks. · Cooperating with other departments and facility personnel to ensure resident needs are met. · Flexibility in accepting different assignments. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills · Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in Massachusetts. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Solid English communication skills. · A genuine passion for caring for the elderly. · A flexible schedule and willingness to help the team succeed.
