We are currently seeking caring and dependable individuals for full-time and part-time Resident Care Provider positions across all shifts. Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Make beds, tidy resident rooms, and assist with housekeeping tasks. Engage residents in activities and social programs to promote well-being. Deliver meal trays, assist with feeding when necessary, and help set up the dining room. Respond promptly to call lights and provide compassionate assistance. Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes to the appropriate team members. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Experience in senior living or a caregiving role preferred but not required.
