About the Role We are seeking a part-time or full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our on-site team at one or more nursing home facilities. As a PNP, you will provide medication management to patients in a long-term care setting. Your expertise in psychiatric care will enable you to make a profound impact on the lives of our patients. Responsibilities Provide medication management to patients in one or more nursing home facilities Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care Qualifications Nurse Practitioner degree Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathy and compassion for patients Organizational skills Experience in psychiatric or long-term care settings a plus Work Environment Cross Hope by Restaura offers a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
