When you work at Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center, you join a supportive team that provides customized care in a 60-bed facility. Eagle Pointe is situated in the peaceful countryside of Orwell, Ohio, and residents and staff enjoy excursions to nearby town parks and historic covered bridges. The facility is an hour from Cleveland and about 40 minutes from Youngstown and Ashtabula.

Eagle Pointe is part of the AOM Healthcare family, approved by the VA, and certified by Medicare and Medicaid. The care types available include:
