The schedule will be Monday through Friday and on call GENERAL SUMMARY: The Assistant Director of Nursing is an RN who is responsible for the overall supervision of nursing care in the Health Center. Responds to emergency calls as necessary. Functions in the capacity of DON in his/her absence. Assures effective communication with other shifts and departments as it relates to resident care.
