What You Will Do: Provides direct patient care for assigned patients and assists in care of other patients as needed. Performs all technical aspects of dialysis procedures for assigned patients as prescribed. Responsible for accurate documentation of information related to patient treatment. Responsible for reporting any significant information or change in patient conditions to the supervisor. What You Will Do: Administers nursing care for oncology patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with the nursing department and inter disciplinary team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical oncology setting. Ability to maintain neat and orderly records, reports and forms. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral instructions.
