Registered Nurse (RN) Hiring 3p-11p Shift We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees daily nursing activities during assigned shifts. All duties must align with professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest quality of care. Responsibilities Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance in accordance with established policies and procedures. Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed. Assist in developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care. This role ensures residents receive quality care in accordance with established standards and regulations.
