Supervise serving of prescribed diets and monitor fluid intake, reporting any unresolved issues to physicians or the Director of Nursing. Complete admission assessments and discharge documentation timely and thoroughly. Supervise residents who self‑administer medications in accordance with community and regulatory guidelines. Assist residents with medication reminders and activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services as needed. Perform other nursing duties as assigned to support resident care and facility operations. Qualifications – Floor Nurse (RN) Current, active RN license in the state of employment. Strong knowledge of nursing theory and practice, including medications, treatments, side effects, and infection control standards. Familiarity with medical diagnoses, procedures, and treatment patterns relevant to skilled nursing care. Ability to lift at least 51 lbs regularly and assist residents requiring physical support.
