Shift Options: 7PM - 11PM | 7PM - 7AM Compensation: $22.00 - $27.50 based on experience + additional shift differentials Sign on Bonus: $3,250 for Part-Time Responsibilities: As an MNA, you’ll assist licensed nursing staff and help maintain safe, accurate medication practices. Your responsibilities may include: Administering routine oral, inhalation, and topical medications under nurse supervision Observing residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions and reporting promptly Documenting all medication administration according to facility policies Following written and verbal instructions related to medication management Taking vital signs, performing dose calculations, stocking carts, and removing discontinued medications Storing and handling medications safely and securely Responding to resident needs and assisting with direct care tasks as assigned Your accuracy, attentiveness, and calm presence help ensure residents receive safe, consistent care every day. Qualifications: • Must be a certified Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA). • Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred. • Compassionate, dedicated, and ready to provide outstanding care. • Ability to work well with a team and provide excellent customer service.
