Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading our team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and nurses in providing high-quality patient care. You will be expected to manage daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide guidance and support to your team members.
