Maintain compliance with New York State Department of Health regulations, agency policies, and documentation standards. Travel throughout assigned service areas while managing a flexible schedule. Qualifications Active and unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current UAS-NY Certification is strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain certification if applicable). Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required. Home Health, Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC), Case Management, or UAS Assessment experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
