As an STNA, you'll provide basic care and support to our residents, including daily living activities, personal care, and assistance with mobility and transfers. You'll work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. RN Evening Shift Unit Manager (3p-11p) Medina Meadows – Hotel‑style Skilled Nursing & Rehab Facility Position Overview Medina Meadows, a small, hotel‑like skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Unit Manager. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, oversee resident care, and support a team committed to delivering high‑quality, person-centered care in a warm, home‑like environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations on the day shift for the assigned unit.
