Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations on the day shift for the assigned unit. Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff — including LPNs, STNAs, and caregivers — ensuring delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care. Conduct resident assessments, ensure accurate documentation, and oversee care plan implementation and updates. Collaborate with administration (DON, ADON) to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
