Responsibilities The Surgical/Motility technician in the Institute for Digestive Health and Liver Disease is a member of the peri-operative team and participates in the delivery of quality patient care to patients having gastrointestinal procedures. Under the supervision of the registered nurse and/or the gastroenterologist, the Motility tech performs selected, delegated patient care procedures. Care provided includes procedure set-up, assistance, scope processing and other unit needs under the supervision of the charge RN and Lead Procedure Tech. Requirements Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma or GED License Requirements: Current C.N.A. license on file with the state of Maryland Certification Requirements: Healthcare Provider level CPR Min USD $23.64/Hr.
