What You'll Do As a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, you will: Perform comprehensive cardiological assessments, including detailed patient histories and physical examinations. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a wide range of cardiac conditions. Order and interpret laboratory, diagnostic, and imaging studies. Develop individualized treatment plans and evidence-based care strategies. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines. Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor patients between visits and ensure continuity of care. Triage patient calls and provide clinical consultation as appropriate. Educate patients and families on cardiac disease prevention, treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategies. Qualifications Required Education & Licensure Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current New Hampshire APRN license. Current DEA registration. Ability to obtain and maintain professional liability insurability through MCH. Preferred Experience One or more years of experience in a clinical practice setting.
