Location- Menlo Park | Redwood city | Palo Alto | San Carlos | Mountain View | Fremont About the Role Options Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable Home Care Aides (HCAs)/Caregivers to provide non-medical support to seniors in their homes. Our goal is to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while providing caregivers with a supportive work environment. Responsibilities Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping Provide medication reminders as directed Assist with mobility and daily activities Monitor client safety and comfort Report changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor Follow the client's care plan and company guidelines Requirements Must be 18 years or older Eligible for the California HCA Registry Able to pass a background check/Live Scan Current TB clearance 1+ year of caregiving experience preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred, or willing to obtain within 30 days Reliable transportation may be required Valid California driver's license required for assignments involving client transportation Schedule Part-time and full-time opportunities Day, evening, and overnight shifts Weekends Short-term and ongoing assignments Pay $21–$25 per hour Apply Today Email your resume to: peninsula@optionscorp.com Join Options Home Care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors in your community.
