You will have responsibilities including but not limited to: Responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of evidence based clinical programming across the clinical programs under the oversight and guidance of the CMO. Responsible of developing and implementation clinical programming and standards of care. Programs include but are not limited to: OASAS long term residential substance use treatment program, OASAS outpatient substance use treatment programs, OMH community residences, OMH PROS program, and OMH community mental health clinics. Ensures that the clinical treatment team is utilizing the assigned clinical documentation related to all phases for treatment and utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical pathways/models in line with organizational goals and standards. Responsible for organizing and overseeing regular multi-disciplinary case conferences across program sites, providing facilitation and guidance and clinical expertise as needed. Monitoring clinical program fidelity, consistency, and standardization across sites. Assists in collecting, analyzing and reporting clinical outcome data and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of targeted treatment teams (or “panels”) at each program, ensuring that clients are cared for by a cohesive multidisciplinary treatment team (psychiatry, counselors, RSS, licensed clinicians, nursing, peers, etc.). Responsible for overseeing the development of the clinical schedules for group programming and ensuring that all programs are adhering to the set schedule and standard evidence-based curriculum for clients based on their phase of care. Provide onboarding training to new clinical staff as well as provide ongoing refresher trainings to clinical team in evidence-based practices including but not limited to motivational interviewing, CBT, trauma informed care, etc. Participates in compliance adherence, audit preparation, and assists the CMO and compliance teams with reviewing data within the program and evaluating program outcomes. Work in conjunction with the compliance lead at each location to ensure we are meeting internal and external compliance requirements. REQUIRED EDUCATION Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Active licensure in the state of NYS required: LCSW or PhD preferred REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Familiarity with OASAS / OMH regulations and those of other relevant bodies (i.e., housing providers, Department of Social Services, etc.) Experience in SUD treatment and program development, implementation and quality improvement Great organization skills Ability to multi-task in challenging environment Great leadership skills Effective communication skills Excellent time management Ability to work under pressure Must be punctual and dependable.
