Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. What we're looking for: Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
