Mid-Night Licensed Practical Nurse- Shift differential

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Saint Clairsville, OH 43950 Employment Type: Full‑Time, Part‑Time, or PRN About the Role We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Senior Suites at St. Clair Commons. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee day‑to‑day care activities performed by nursing assistants, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines. Maintain resident rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times. Complete charting, documentation, and medical record updates in PointClickCare. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes, and communicate with physicians as needed. Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and resident/family orientation. Support restorative and rehabilitative programs and assist with specimen collection. Ensure safe and sanitary conditions, proper use of PPE, and adherence to infection control practices. Attend required in‑service training and continuing education programs. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN). Current, active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Ohio. CPR certification. Ability to provide age‑appropriate care and communicate effectively. Ability to lift/push/pull at least 25 lbs and meet physical demands of the role. Must meet all local health regulations, background checks, and drug testing requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Strong teamwork, integrity, and decision‑making skills. We're seeking a highly organized and regulation-driven nurse to join our team as a Survey Readiness & Quality Assurance Nurse in our Assisted Living communities. Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced Survey Readiness & Quality Assurance Nurse to support two Assisted Living communities in Ohio. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring continuous compliance with Ohio Department of Health (ODH) regulations, maintaining survey readiness, and leading quality improvement initiatives across both locations. Part-Time Infection Prevention & Control Nurse (RN/LPN) Ohio Facilities Part-Time | Travel Required Join Our Team! We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Infection Prevention & Control Nurse to support our Ohio skilled nursing and assisted living communities. This part-time position is responsible for overseeing infection prevention and control programs while traveling between multiple facilities to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
