An established skilled nursing facility in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations and oversee the delivery of high-quality resident care. We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven nursing leader who can support staff development, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a positive environment for residents and employees. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical services. Lead, mentor, and support nursing leadership and staff. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Drive quality improvement initiatives and positive resident outcomes. Manage staffing, clinical performance, and survey readiness. Collaborate with facility leadership to maintain high standards of care. Qualifications Active Connecticut RN license required. Previous Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes.
