This part-time opportunity offers a consistent every-other-weekend schedule , making it a great option for an RN looking for a leadership position with a predictable schedule. RN Supervisor Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and direction to nursing staff. Oversee resident care and ensure care is provided according to established care plans and physician orders. Conduct resident rounds and monitor residents' conditions. Administer medications and treatments as assigned. Recognize changes in resident condition and respond appropriately. Support and supervise LPNs and CNAs. Assist with staffing, assignments and day-to-day nursing operations. Coordinate resident admissions, transfers and discharges. Communicate with physicians, residents, families and other members of the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Assist with unit management and assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned. Promote compliance with facility policies and standards of nursing practice. Help maintain a safe, respectful and supportive environment for residents and staff. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
