Overview Summit Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our client's expanding Multi-Speciality practice in Brooklyn, NY. This is an in-person position where you'll provide care through a telehealth platform in a modern, collaborative clinical environment. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments, accurate diagnoses, and effective treatment plans. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits through a telemedicine platform Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care See approximately 25 patients per day Active Nurse Practitioner/ Physian Assistant license in New York Must be credentialed with both Medicare and Medicaid Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Telehealth experience is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Compensation & Benefits $150,000–$200,000 annual salary Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off
