They are responsible for hiring of qualified hospice personnel: the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines. The duties include but are not limited to: Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations. Review and monitor sales and service performances Support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on objectives and goals. A dynamic leader who sets a high bar and inspires others to reach it. Ability to communicate clearly, establish and maintain effective relationships with team members to problem-solve in an educational and cooperative manner. Qualifications A strong leader with impeccable organizational, strategic, analytical and project management skills. A solid communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others. 5 years in healthcare industry preferred 2 years of experience working in Leadership Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice with Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred

Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice Works well within a team environment to collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and CNA leadership. Work closely with patients on a 1-1 level but get strong support from a patient care team. Can work independently and on your own from a day-to-day basis with activities which include: phone, email and written communication, meetings with a variety of healthcare professionals, and an understanding of hospice rules and regulations. Time management skills to manage visits, documentation, meetings (i.e.: to scheduled visits, attend required meetings, respond to urgent needs by prioritizing and triaging multiple concerns) Ability to learn an electronic medical records system.
