The LVN will be fully accountable for ensuring that the utmost in competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all residents • Provide bedside care • Administer medications and document therapeutic effects • Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration) • Assist with resident comfort • Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas • Provide wound care • Help coach and train staff as necessary
RN will implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and resource health care personnel Registered Nurses will direct resident care to include making rounds on a timely basis to ensure continuity of care as well as documenting all pertinent information regarding care and observation of residents’ overall condition and behavior RN’s utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) in ensuring overall resident care

Qualifications • Successful completion of state-certified medication aide course • Ability to perform medication administration in accordance with governing regulations Responsibilities • Providing direct resident care services including medicine distribution to residents and following individualized plans of care for all residents
